Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer care team with your order number to start the return or exchange process.
Pack Your Frames
Place your eyewear, along with the original case and cleaning cloth, securely into the shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange once the inspection is complete.
